MDE on Site, Groundbreaking Scheduled!

Recently, Maryland Department of the Environment met with GCDC Housing and Byco Corporation at the Hemlock Grove site for a pre-construction meeting as they prepared for the groundbreaking. Pictured are Joe Fullerton and Brian Schoyer with Byco and Leonard Cage from MDE.
